My order is not ok.
Does the delivery not match your order, or is there damage? Please contact customer service by telephone or e-mail. We aim to respond personally to e-mail within 24 hours and at the latest within 3 working days.
Return or exchange
It is possible to return your item(s) up to 14 calendar days after receipt. Use the return form . The purchase amount will be reimbursed as soon as possible (or in any case within 30 days) by a refund to the account number given in the form. The shipping costs are not reimbursed. In the event of an exchange, you must order the correct item again.

Your return shipment must meet these requirements:
- the completed return form must be enclosed - the returned may not be used or worn - the returned may show no signs of use or damage - the returned must be packed in the original packaging

We also ship to addresses outside the Netherlands. For this we use the PostNL rates.
